What motivates surfing?
In fact, it goes without saying that the power source of surfing is to take the waves as the main power source, and then give play to his super height balance, fight with the waves on the sea, and at the same time, use the power of the waves to lead the effect of surfing on the sea. Therefore, in order to compromise with the waves, surfers usually choose to lie down or kneel on the surfboard at the beginning, because the surfboard itself is like a boat, floating on the water. People can choose a suitable surfing point by paddling the sea water, and then gradually stand firm, with legs slightly bent, to make a relatively windward position, and then walk along the waves. In fact, not only surfing, kayaking, inflatable boats and the like, they basically use this principle. If surfers are good at fighting with the waves, they can also understand the effect of this kind of sea sports by analogy. The most important thing in learning to surf is to equip ourselves with surfboards. How can we choose different types? In fact, this can be simply classified into seven points:
1. The length of long and short surfboards is very important. The longer the surfboard is, the higher its buoyancy is and the greater its stability in the waves is. However, there are also disadvantages. Although it is easy to use, it is difficult to start. In addition, the surfboard should not be too short, because many people want to lean over the board at the initial stage. If it is too short, it is not appropriate. Therefore, I suggest that beginners buy a board that is suitable for their own height and slightly larger.
2. The width and length are the same. The wider the surfboard, the higher the natural stability. It is suitable for beginners to choose a wider surfboard. However, if the board is wider, its shortcomings are increasingly exposed in later training, that is, the wider the board, the heavier it is, and the poor flexibility.
3. The thicker the surfboard is, the more buoyant it is, and the more suitable it is for beginners. However, the disadvantage is that surfboards with high thickness may become difficult for beginners to go to sea at the initial stage.
4. Among different types of gravity surfboards, the center of gravity is also different. It is generally divided into 3:7/4:6/5:5/6:4/7:3 and so on. Different people's center of gravity is suitable for players with different habits. However, the heavier the weight, the more forward it is, the easier it is to dive, but the less flexible it is. If it is a novice, it is recommended to choose a more regular one, such as 4:6 or 5:5.
5. There are two kinds of plate heads, one is round, the other is pointed. Generally, the pointed head is relatively light, flexible and fast, while the round head is relatively stable, with a large front end area, which is more balanced on the sea and more suitable for novices.
6. The design of the board surface is generally divided into smooth and friction rich ones. Generally, the board surface with high friction coefficient is selected. For example, anti slip pads and other chemical resistant materials are designed on it, so that people can stand on the surfboard more stably and novices can control it more highly.
7. People who have seen surfing know that when many people rush forward, the head of the board is slightly raised, which has a visual effect of splashing water on the ship. Generally, the head of the board is slightly raised, which is not easy to insert water when entering the water. It is suitable for novices to eat, but you can't choose the one that is too raised, because novices may not be able to control it.
